See the Accommodations page for information about hotels, motels, and similar options.

The event this year remains 100% free and open to the public, but you do need to RSVP so we can arrange seating and other necessities.

We are always in need of additional volunteers to help with setup, running the event, running game tables, tear-down, and clean-up after the event. Please consider helping volunteer when you RSVP.

The final detailed schedule will be handed out to participants as part of their registration packet the day of the event. This page provides an overview of the main events scheduled for each day, but changes could occur at the last minute, though we do our best to stick to the schedule.
